THE REDESIGN OF AI WORKING WITH THE QUR'AN
Surah Al-Baqarah, Verses 1–5: The Opening of the Last Goodbye Letter
No other surah opens like this. No other surah closes like it. Five verses that divide everyone who reads them into three.
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
In the Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
As we embark on the journey through the final revelation, we begin with Surah Al-Baqarah — the longest chapter of the Qur'an and the final complete surah revealed. It is often described as the farewell message from Allah to humanity, encapsulating all aspects of guidance, law, and faith.
No other surah opens like this. No other surah closes like it.
The first five verses establish the foundation of faith and divide people into three categories: the true believers who accept guidance, the disbelievers who reject it outright, and the hypocrites who deceive themselves and others.
This section explores the mystery of the "disjointed letters" (Alif, Lām, Mīm) whose meaning is known only to Allah, the Qur'an as the ultimate guidance for those conscious of Allah (muttaqoon), and the five characteristics of true believers — belief in the unseen, establishing prayer, giving from their wealth, believing in all revelations, and certainty of the Hereafter. True success, as Allah defines it, is not wealth or status but righteousness and guidance.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "The best among you are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it." (Bukhari)
