WELCOME TO THE CALIFORNIA ROOM

California 2026 — and the Road Beyond

This is where everything connected to California politics and elections will live.

Every statewide race.
Every California congressional race we cover.
Every state legislative race.
Every judge.
Every county office.
Every school board.
Every local district.
Every proposition.
Every ballot measure.
Every candidate report card.
Every Superuser voting article.
And every future California political post published on this site.

IF IT HAS TO DO WITH CALIFORNIA POLITICS, IT SHOULD EVENTUALLY BE FINDABLE HERE.

This should become the permanent California civic room inside the larger national politics project.

WHY THIS ROOM EXISTS

California politics should not require someone to search across dozens of pages and websites just to understand a ballot.

This room should gradually become one organized place where a voter can understand the office, the candidate, the record, the ballot, and the decision.

The purpose is not merely to archive articles.

The purpose is to make the political system navigable.

ONE STATE. ONE ROOM. EVERY POLITICAL SEAT.

FIRST REPORT CARD — GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA

First report card

Governor of California

The Governor office room is the first destination in the California archive. The Governor report card, candidate profiles, voter response, candidate answers, score updates, and the final Superuser decision will collect here as they are published.

OPEN THE GOVERNOR ROOM

CALIFORNIA 2026 BALLOT

Each office below is a permanent container for explainers, candidate profiles, report cards, responses, interviews, score updates, decisions, and later accountability articles.

EVERY CANDIDATE LEAVES A RECORD.

EVERY OFFICE HAS REAL POWER.

EVERY VOTER SHOULD BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND BOTH.

HOW THE CALIFORNIA REPORT CARDS WORK

Every candidate report-card article preserves a three-part model:

SUPERUSER RESEARCH / PROVISIONAL VIEW

VOTER SCORE / VOTER RESPONSE

CANDIDATE RESPONSE / SELF-ASSESSMENT

The California room organizes the material. The individual reports hold the research, evidence, scores, challenges, and responses.

MORE CALIFORNIA ARTICLES

ALL CALIFORNIA POLITICAL ARTICLES

This library is ready. Every future California political article marked for California will collect here.

This library is the canonical human-facing index for California politics on OmarArizona.com. Every Governor post, statewide-office report, California congressional article, judicial post, proposition, election update, candidate report card, and final decision should return here.

THE OFFICE IS EXPLAINED.

THE RECORD IS OPENED.

THE CANDIDATE CAN ANSWER.

THE VOTER DECIDES.
