Minnesota 2026 — and the Road Beyond
Election: November 3, 2026. Research checked: October 8, 2026. All 134 Minnesota House districts are on the ballot. Candidate names, party labels, filing dates and submitted campaign links are searchable by district through the Secretary of State.
Official candidate finder — choose “State Representative Offices” · Complete certified-primary results · Legislative district maps · Find your sample ballot
Representatives serve two-year terms and write and vote on state laws, taxes and appropriations, conduct oversight and provide constituent service. The House acts collectively; one member cannot enact a program or direct an agency alone.
HOW TO CHECK A RACE
Use the official sample ballot to identify the district, the filing search to see candidates and submitted websites, and the certified primary results to remove defeated primary candidates from the November comparison. Then inspect legislative votes, bill status, financial disclosures, work history, budgets, authority, targets and deadlines using the same standard for every candidate.
The statewide election inventory lists 134 House contests. This directory deliberately avoids claiming that every person who filed is a current general-election candidate.
No score, endorsement or forecast is assigned. Portraits, finance comparisons, complete platforms and candidate responses remain a later layer.
