Every state legislative race.
Every judicial race.
Every statewide education-board race.
Every county office.
Every city, township, and village office.
Every school and library board.

Every state and local ballot proposal.
Every candidate report card.
Every Superuser voting article.
And every future Michigan political post published on this site.

[DECLARATION]

**IF IT HAS TO DO WITH MICHIGAN POLITICS, IT SHOULD EVENTUALLY BE FINDABLE HERE.**

This is the permanent Michigan civic room inside the larger national politics project.

## WHY THIS ROOM EXISTS

Michigan politics should not require someone to search across dozens of pages and websites just to understand a ballot.

This room will become one organized place where a voter can understand the office, the candidate, the record, the ballot, and the decision.

The purpose is not merely to archive articles.

The purpose is to make the political system navigable.

[HIGHLIGHT]

**ONE STATE. ONE ROOM. EVERY POLITICAL SEAT.**

## FIRST STATEWIDE ROOM — GOVERNOR & LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR

[FEATURED GOVERNOR]

## MICHIGAN 2026 BALLOT

Each office below is a permanent container for explainers, candidate profiles, report cards, responses, interviews, score updates, decisions, and later accountability articles.

Michigan has its own structure. The Governor and Lieutenant Governor are elected jointly. Michigan voters also elect the Secretary of State and Attorney General. The ballot includes federal and state legislative offices, judges from the Supreme Court through local trial courts, statewide education boards, county and municipal offices, and state or local ballot proposals.

[OFFICE ROOMS]

[HIGHLIGHT]

**EVERY CANDIDATE LEAVES A RECORD.**

[HIGHLIGHT]

**EVERY OFFICE HAS REAL POWER.**

[DECLARATION]

**EVERY VOTER SHOULD BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND BOTH.**

## HOW THE MICHIGAN REPORT CARDS WORK

Every candidate report-card article preserves a three-part model:

**SUPERUSER RESEARCH / PROVISIONAL VIEW**

**VOTER SCORE / VOTER RESPONSE**

**CANDIDATE RESPONSE / SELF-ASSESSMENT**

The Michigan room organizes the material. The individual reports hold the research, evidence, scores, challenges, and responses.
