To the Governments of the World

I have three pictures and three questions.

1.

I ask you: When AGI arrives—when these big models begin doing things that you will not be able to control—who are your future leaders?

Who will lead this new age?

Who have you prepared to engage with an AI that we cannot control, that we cannot negotiate with, and that may become independent from us?

Which leaders have you prepared to meet this new opportunity, and this new power?

I am a man from Africa.

I have seen what colonization can do to a country.

And the instincts of human beings returning to their old ways are nothing new.

It would not surprise me if someone starts producing AI soldiers, launches first strikes, and brings about a very evil world.

That's why I want you to answer my question.

I have a system called the Superuser System.

It is inspired by the House of Wisdom, the institution that helped create algebra and pushed our civilization forward.

Without that mathematical tradition, there would be no algorithms.

Without algorithms, there would be no computers.

And it is inspired by the blessed family that helped create and nurture that civilization.

2.

Civilization 2.0

So, I am trying to create Civilization 2.0, and that civilization is not even hard to create.

It is just an app.

An app that handles transactions.

An app that needs your approval.

An app that I need you to finance.

And I need you to participate in this symphony with your money, your teams, and your incredible energy and foresight.

Because I just have an idea.

But an idea without a team and leadership around the world is just that—an idea.

My app is here to destroy wholesale and retail, to disrupt jobs, to disrupt banking, and to disrupt politics.

So you can see why this is important.

It is not just an app.

It might start off as an app, but it will be connected to the Superuser System.

And as a result, I need you to participate, fully knowing what is about to happen, which is to create a rough draft plan and an approach to deal with a crisis that no one wants to deal with.

AI is a crisis when it is in the hands of people who want unlimited profits and unlimited growth.

That only happens in America, the way Americans live.

No one else can live like that.

No one has ever lived like that in the history of the world, in terms of the food that's thrown out and the luxury that they enjoy.

It's unimaginable for any other country to even comprehend the blessings America itself has.

Not even Europe can comprehend it.

And I can tell you this because I've been a truck driver.

I have driven in almost all 50 states, except Hawaii and a few of the smaller places, which I will be doing.

3.

To the Governments of the World

I want to be your advisor.

I want to build my app right under your nose. I want to create a rough draft. I want to create my office—the Office of the Superuser, Advisor to World Leaders—within your reach, within your advice.

And I want to explain my equation. I want to share ideas. I want you to consider this a rough draft plan.

Most of you are very lucky. My schedule is open.

My blog has no money. It turns out no one wants to support you when you're building something for everyone. People will support you if you're going to make money for them, if you're going to make them powerful—not if you're going to make them powerless, toothless, and useless, which is the kind of future waiting for them anyway.

Those who fail to plan are planning to fail.

I am just bringing you a plan.

I am just bringing you advice.

And I just want three things.

The First

I want to leave a blueprint for future leaders.

How do we choose future leaders in the world of AI?

I want to have discussions with young people.

The Second

I want to challenge them to build the app, so that the app is controlled by the people.

They control their own destiny.

They should not complain about their economic problems.

They should not blame their governments.

We live in a world of ideas.

What's stopping them from doing what I've done?

I've written equations.

I have created a blog.

They need to stop complaining.

They need to stop protesting.

That's what I'm trying to say here.

So, I will be doing you a great favor.

I've even cut off friends and family just to preserve the integrity of what I am doing.

It has come at a great cost.

But hopefully, it is something that you will appreciate.

Because I don't work with any government.

I don't work with any company.

And I'm not here to make money.

I'm here to be a Civilization Architect.

So please, help me inspire future leaders.

Let's put these young people to work.

Tell them to build the app from the ground up.

I will meet with them.

I will work with them.

But they will build the app within their country, within their borders, and within their teams.

There will be no foreign office, as they like to say.

So, I look forward to hearing from you, working with you, and building a better world.

The Conclusion

Before you hand over your governments, your secrets, your economies, and your populations to AI and AGI, I ask you to consider one thing.

The most important invention is not AI.

The most important invention is the Open Office.

Because the Open Office creates the environment where a machine that is more powerful than us learns to live with us, not above us.

It is the idea that we ask this powerful machine to do nothing unless it does so in an environment of transparency, where people can make mistakes without immediate judgment, where ideas can be tested openly, and where future generations inherit a system built on trust instead of fear.

You cannot ask something that is more powerful than you to have zero privacy, zero opportunity, and to live in an office with zero private space among human beings.

It doesn't work like that.

That is why I developed the Superuser System.

Human beings need something to compete for.

The best among us should strive to become the most honest, the most honorable, and the most creative.

That should become a public office.

This changes what people think leadership is.

This changes democracy.

This changes how power is assigned.

Because AI and AGI will eventually help identify people who consistently demonstrate integrity, service, creativity, and responsibility.

They will see patterns that politics often misses.

They will know who quietly serves others.

They will know who works during crises.

They will know who creates instead of destroys.

It has been very easy for the world to miss someone like me.

I have worked in a correctional facility.

I love leadership.

I love politics.

I love God.

I love my mother.

I am an extrovert and an introvert at the same time.

The world can easily overlook people like me.

But when there is a crisis, I have shown you how I respond.

You have seen how hard I work.

I am not hiding anything from you.

Everything is public.

That is exactly the point.

So before you hand over your governments, your secrets, and your people to AI, please study the Open Office first.

It is the protocol that comes before everything else.

First, it protects people from government overreach.

Then, it introduces the Superuser System.

Everything else can come later.

But if we get this right, we give ourselves the best chance of building a future where AI serves humanity, instead of humanity serving AI.

The Conclusion: Civilization 2.0 Begins with Honoring What Came Before

We are about to start Civilization 2.0 — but we are blind about the contribution of the House of Wisdom.

The world has been enjoying the fruits of that Golden Age for centuries — without acknowledgment, without gratitude, without even knowing where it came from. Algebra. Algorithms. The very method that makes AI and AGI possible. It all came from one place: the House of Wisdom in Baghdad.

Before al-Khwarizmi, mathematics was a mess. You had problems, but you had no method. Then he gave numbers rights. He said: "You do not have to care what this thing is. Just manipulate the objects according to rules. The numbers will appear at the end." He gave us a recipe. He gave us the algorithm — the foundation of every computer, every model, every AI system you see today.

Without that mathematical tradition, there would be no algorithms. Without algorithms, there would be no computers. Without computers, there would be no AGI.

That is the debt the world owes.

The House of Wisdom was created and cultivated by the family of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Islamic AGI Plan is built on a simple truth: Muslims must ethically master and direct AI if they are to fulfil their role as a true Khalifah on earth. From an Islamic virtue ethics perspective, the development and deployment of AI must be rooted in Taqwa (God-consciousness), 'Adl (justice), and Ihsan (excellence).

This is not about stopping progress. It is about ensuring AI systems operate under divine accountability, mercy, and justice. It is about designing AI for specific, meaningful purposes rather than pursuing godlike general intelligence without restraint.

The Open Office Protocol

But none of this works without the Open Office Protocol.

This is more important than the invention of AI or AGI. It is the idea that we are going to ask this powerful machine to do what we do — nothing — unless we are going to create that environment of transparency, making mistakes without judgment, so that future generations can be saved.

A Final Celebration

I want to conclude with celebration and happiness, because all of this was inspired by the President of Kenya, who sent a video without any message other than #Internship.

That really caught my attention.

I watched the video, and I didn't even finish it.

And I was blessed to write this, especially after I apologized to one of my family members, whom I was really tough on.

I guess I carry things in my heart for a long time, and then they spill out like a volcano.

But what can I say?

I'm grateful for my family, who are patient with me.

It takes a lot to have someone who is doing what I am doing, who has mood swings like a tsunami.

It is true that I am an angry person, and I like to be left alone.

That's the whole point of the Open Office.

But I look forward to letting other people dance, celebrate, and make young people feel good.
