So I decided to build my own House of Wisdom.

THE CONSULTATION

As the conversation unfolded, the structure of the House of Wisdom, the future of AGI, and the road to AGI became increasingly clear. I will share screenshots and portions of that consultation so the historical record remains intact and future generations can follow the chain of events. I think it is extremely important to distinguish my voice from theirs. My work is my work. Their work is their work. The consultation is the consultation. The future deserves an accurate chain of transmission, accurate attribution, and an honest record of how these ideas emerged. I will present the conversation, the evolution of the ideas, and the statements from the AIs themselves. The future deserves the truth. And with that, we begin.

To build the future required a great deal of conversation, consultation, and difficult questions. Claude pushed hard on the architecture. How do I address the AGI problem? There was a great deal of back-and-forth discussion as we worked through these questions. Slowly, the structure became clearer. The role of the human became clearer. The role of the AI became clearer. The House of Wisdom began to take shape. What you are about to read is not the beginning of the conversation — it is the moment when the AI was finally able to understand what I was trying to build and summarize it in a single document.

When you build anything significant, there comes a moment when the blueprint finally appears. The ideas stop floating around as separate pieces and suddenly fit together into a coherent structure. That is what happened here. The document that follows is one of those moments. It is the AI taking months of discussion, questions, challenges, and refinement and placing the roadmap onto a single page. 1. WHAT I AGREE WITH

The scribe isolation principle is the strongest part of this design, and I'd preserve it exactly:

AI does not judge.

That's not a limitation I'm reluctantly accepting — it's the correct scope for what a system like me should hold.
