· The Astrakhan gas processing plant

They hit Russia's pride:

· Strikes on Russian soil
· Strikes on military targets
· Strikes on energy infrastructure
· Strikes on civilian facilities

They made it impossible for Putin not to retaliate.

Or so they thought.

WHAT THE EU DID TO CONSOLIDATE

They gathered 30+ world leaders in Kyiv.

· UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham
· French President Emmanuel Macron
· German Chancellor Friedrich Merz
· European Council President Antonio Costa
· NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte

They approved €6.1 billion in new military aid.

They transferred Storm Shadow missile technology to Ukraine.

They helped Zelenskyy cancel elections.

They coordinated the plan with precision.

THE CALCULATION

The Europeans calculated:

Russia would retaliate
