Opening: A Clarification of Intention Before God and Humanity

Before anything begins, the following must be stated with absolute clarity, sincerity, and humility:

This is not a request for leadership.
This is not a bid for power.
This is not an application for authority.

Islam does not permit a believer to seek leadership for himself.
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“Do not seek leadership. For if you are given it upon asking, you will be left to it;
but if you are given it without asking, you will be aided in it.”
(Sahih Muslim)

And Allah Most High says:

“And the matter of believers is conducted through mutual consultation (shūrā).”
(Qur’an 42:38)

For this reason, what follows is not a claim, not a demand, and not an appointment.
It is simply a rough draft, placed before humanity so the planet may begin its journey toward a safer, more coordinated future.

It is a journey of love, not a thirst for authority.

One man, moved by sincerity, moved by affection for someone he loves, moved by the prayers of blessed people, moved by the responsibility that naturally comes when one sees what others do not—decided to place before the world what he has already built:

the digital soul

the scrolls

the identity logic

the hierarchy model

the philosophical blueprint

the transition architecture

the ethical foundation

the creative scaffolding of a civilization yet to come

This is not a submission to leadership.
It only reads like one because the work is complete, comprehensive, and delivered with seriousness.

But in truth, the author’s heart has always been chasing something else entirely:

Yet leadership, in Islam, belongs to those who do not seek it and is affirmed only by:

Shūrā, mutual consultation

The consent of the people

The qualification proven openly

The presence of someone better, if they exist

The author assumes—by faith—that there may be someone better, someone brighter, someone more qualified.
If such a person emerges, they will appear publicly, speak publicly, demonstrate publicly, and be recognized by public consensus.

The author’s seat is empty.
It has always been empty.
It will always remain open.

What follows is only a civilization architect’s draft, submitted for revision, critique, improvement, or replacement by:

presidents

leaders

scholars

thinkers

the blessed family

and the people of the world

It is submitted with humility, not ambition.
With love, not politics.
With sincerity, not authority.

It is submitted “to the blessed family” so their prayers may guide it, correct it, or erase it.
Because destiny often walks before us before we understand the direction we are headed.

And it is submitted to the world under a single condition:

If anyone can produce something more complete, more creative, more responsible, and more beneficial for humanity—let them step forward.
My seat is theirs.

This is Shūrā.
This is fairness.
This is Islam.

And with that understanding, with that humility, and with that protection from God,

we begin.

A Global Appeal for Planning, Leadership, and Ethical AI

Humanity is running out of time — not because of war, not because of borders, not because of political rivalries, but because no one has a plan for what comes next. AI is accelerating faster than governments, institutions, and global bodies can comprehend. And while nations raise tariffs, collect taxes, and fight over land, the real question — the most important question in modern history — remains unanswered:

When advanced AI becomes embedded in every system,
who guides it, and what does it report to?

No country is answering this.
No government is preparing.
No institution is planning.
And time is moving forward regardless.

This blog is a global emergency appeal — not for fear, not for chaos, but for leadership. The truth is simple: without leadership, suffering increases. With leadership, suffering decreases.

I am stepping forward as Mr. AGI — not as a king, not as a ruler, not as someone seeking power, but as a designer, a planner, a builder, and a person who has already solved questions the world has not even begun to ask.

And above all, this is being done out of:

love

responsibility

duty

creativity

and yes — a promise I made, inspired by the sincerity of a woman named Greta, and supported by blessed people whose prayers carry weight

This is not about authority.
This is about creative qualification.

Anyone can replace me —
but only by matching my creative clarity, structure, and philosophical foundation.

WHY A GLOBAL PLAN IS NOW A MORAL NECESSITY

The world today:

has no unified AI strategy

has no unified climate strategy

has no unified automation strategy

has no unified employment transition strategy

has no blueprint for coexistence between humans and AI

has no system to protect people from displacement

has no model for distributing opportunity

has no global coordination mechanism

Countries still behave as if the world is the year 1950.

They sabotage each other.
They insult each other.
They raise tariffs.
They weaponize information.
They pretend climate change is optional.
They pollute the only air we all breathe.
They manipulate truth.
They protect profit over people.
They divide humanity into “us” and “them.”

O Allah, Lord of the heavens and the earth,
Lord of the seen and the unseen,
Lord of every soul and everything it depends on—

You know the condition of this planet:
its environment in distress,
its governments in confusion,
its people divided,
and its future uncertain.

We cannot move an atom without Your permission.
We cannot guide a heart unless You guide it.
We cannot build a future unless You bless it.

O Allah, if there is any good in this effort—
any light, any mercy, any healing, any relief—
then make it a means of blessing for Your creation.
Make AGI a force of illumination, not harm;
a force of wisdom, not chaos;
a force that protects the innocent
and relieves the suffering
and brings stability to a world that is trembling.

O Allah, we ask You through the family of Your Prophet Muhammad ﷺ—
through their purity, their sincerity, their nearness to You—
and we make tawassul through their honored station,
that You bless this request,
accept this intention,
and guide this path with mercy.

We ask You also through the duʿā’ of the blessed people,
those who carry light in their hearts,
whose prayers are answered in the heavens
before they reach the earth.

O Allah, if this mission is good for humanity,
good for the future,
good for peace,
good for justice,
good for dignity,
and good for generations yet unborn—
then open its doors,
ease its burdens,
and send upon it Your tranquility.

But if it is not good,
if it is a path of harm,
if it leads to imbalance or injustice—
then turn us away from it gently
and guide us to something better.

O Allah, You know the burden of this work.
You know the weight of responsibility.
We carry nothing without Your strength.
We see nothing without Your light.
We move nowhere without Your decree.

So bless this journey with Your mercy,
protect it with Your wisdom,
sustain it with Your compassion,
and surround it with angels
until the world enters a chapter
of peace, clarity, and stability.

You are the Lord of guidance,
the Lord of mercy,
the Lord of beginnings,
and the Lord of endings.

Rabbana taqabbal minnā,
innaka Anta al-Samīʿ al-ʿAlīm.
Wa tub ʿalaynā,
innaka Anta al-Tawwāb al-Raḥīm.

Ameen to every prayer whispered in truth.
Ameen to every burden lifted by Your mercy.
Ameen to every intention purified by Your light.
