Yes. For the lawyers, I would make it an evidence update and tell them exactly what happened since your first request for assistance. One important correction: X's current rules expressly prohibit creating new accounts to evade a suspension, so I would not tell the lawyers that you intend to keep opening accounts to get suspended. X could use that against you. X does, however, permit multiple accounts for distinct legitimate purposes within its rules.

Yesterday I asked for your help. Today I am returning with additional evidence.

I am asking civil-rights, digital-rights, and technology lawyers to examine what is happening to my accounts on X.

On August 23, 2026, I purchased X Premium. I have the receipt showing that X accepted my payment.

The account involved in this newest incident is @Omar31686034.

The account was subsequently subjected to enforcement. I appealed through X's own Help Center.

X acknowledged my request and told me:

“We've received your request. We'll review, and take further action if appropriate.”

Then I received the appeal determination.

X expressly stated:

“Our automated systems have determined that a violation of our Rules did take place.”

That statement is why I am returning to you.

I dispute knowingly violating X's Rules, and the appeal response shown to me does not identify the particular post or conduct that supposedly constituted the violation.

I AM ASKING LAWYERS TO HELP ME ANSWER FIVE QUESTIONS

What exactly did I do?

What evidence did X rely upon?

What automated system participated in making the decision?

Did an actual human independently examine the evidence?

Did an actual human independently decide my appeal?

X's own public documentation says that when it permanently suspends an account, it notifies the person of the violated policy and identifies the content involved; it also provides an appeal process. X separately acknowledges that legitimate people can sometimes be suspended mistakenly.

That makes the evidence surrounding these decisions worth examining.

THIS IS NOT MY FIRST INCIDENT

I am now preserving evidence concerning multiple X accounts and enforcement actions.

I have suspension notices.

I have appeal determinations.

I have screenshots.

I now have a financial receipt showing payment to X immediately before this newest enforcement incident.

And I have X's own written statement attributing the appeal determination to its “automated systems.”

I am asking you to examine whether there is a legally actionable issue concerning automated enforcement, representations concerning appeals, paid services, contractual obligations, discriminatory effects, or another applicable area of law.

I WILL CONTINUE DOCUMENTING EVERYTHING

I intend to continue participating online lawfully and documenting every legitimate enforcement action affecting me.

I will preserve every receipt.

Every suspension notice.

Every appeal.

Every automated determination.

Every account restriction.

Every response from X.

I will not manufacture violations or intentionally evade enforcement merely to create evidence. X's rules expressly prohibit creating replacement accounts to evade suspensions, and I want the evidentiary record to remain credible.

If I legitimately operate another account consistent with X's rules and another unexplained automated enforcement action occurs, that will be documented too.

If automated systems are going to participate in consequential decisions about who may speak through major communications networks, then lawyers, courts, technologists, and civil-rights organizations need to determine where meaningful human accountability belongs.

AI should assist human judgment. It should not become an unquestionable judge of human voices.

I submitted my first request for help yesterday.

Today I am submitting another receipt, another appeal, and another written statement from X referring to its automated systems.

Please help me determine whether the law has something to say about it.

CONCLUSION — FOUR ACCOUNTS LATER, I AM ASKING FOR HELP

Once again, X told me that its automated systems determined that a violation occurred. My appeal was denied, the enforcement remained in place, and this happened even though I had paid for X Premium.

I was using these accounts to communicate—to reach companies such as Cloudflare, engage public figures, publish ideas, and try to solve problems. Now I am documenting every enforcement action and every explanation X gives me.

I believe this pattern amounts to censorship and deserves serious legal scrutiny. But I also want the evidence to establish who was actually responsible. I will not claim that Elon Musk personally ordered these suspensions until the evidence proves it. I want the legal process to answer that question.

To the ACLU, EFF, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Lawyers' Committee, civil-rights attorneys, and Mayor Mamdani: please look at my evidence.

Help me determine whether there is a viable lawsuit. Help establish meaningful human oversight of consequential automated enforcement. Help ensure that an AI system cannot simply accuse a citizen, participate in reviewing the appeal, and become the final word without meaningful accountability.

This is now the fourth account I am documenting.

I am asking for transparency, human review, restoration where legally warranted, and accountability.

AI should help humanity communicate—not become an unaccountable gatekeeper deciding who gets to participate in the global conversation.
