**A GUARDIAN OF HISTORY**

**THE SCROLL OF HUMANITY — PART TWO**

**WHO WILL DEFEND THE TRUTH WHEN HISTORY IS HANDED OVER TO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE?**

Humanity is about to hand thousands of years of history to artificial intelligence. But who is going to make sure that what AI inherits is actually true? Who will correct the lies, confront the powerful, defend the innocent, restore the reputations of those who have been misrepresented, and preserve the contributions of civilizations that history has neglected? We have built extraordinary machines capable of processing human knowledge, yet we have not established a universal standard for protecting the truth that those machines will inherit. **THAT IS WHY WE NEED THE SCROLL GUARDIANS.**

In Part Two of **THE SCROLL OF HUMANITY**, I introduce the qualifications of a Guardian of History. These are men and women whose greatest qualifications are not wealth, political influence, or academic titles, but **CHARACTER, COURAGE, INTEGRITY, AND THE WILLINGNESS TO SPEAK TRUTH TO POWER.** I begin with the historical legacy and noble character of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم, whose teachings elevated mercy, kindness, modesty, justice, and the perfection of character. I then introduce a second, more challenging qualification: examining politically sensitive historical records, including the Hashemite family, Saudi Arabia, and the history of Jerusalem, Makkah, and Madinah.

**AND THIS IS AN INVITATION TO THE ENTIRE WORLD.** Muslim scholars, scholars of the family of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم, Christian scholars, Jewish scholars, historians, researchers, religious leaders, and citizens of every nation, civilization, language, and culture are invited to participate. Imagine a future in which every AI possesses access to a vast library of humanity's history, where the evidence has been examined, competing interpretations are preserved, and historical claims can be tested. Like pressing play on a recording, future generations could explore the extraordinary story of humanity. **BUT FIRST, HUMANITY MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT IS RECORDED.**

In Part Three — **THE RECORD**, I will begin presenting examples of my own historical work, showing how I have attempted to reconcile difficult historical questions, challenge political narratives, and establish a record worthy of respect. This is only the beginning of a much larger invitation: **HUMANITY WRITES. HUMANITY PRESERVES. HUMANITY DECIDES.**

**THE TRUTH IS THE FOUNDATION. EVERYTHING IS BUILT ON IT.**
